The Spotted Lanternfly continues to increase its range in Pennsylvania and Nationally. It seems in Pennsylvania the onus of responsibility to curtail the spread of this pest is solely up to the citizens and businesses on the Commonwealth.
Recently, the Department of Agriculture has added 11 counties to Pennsylvania's quarantine zone. Adams, Armstrong, Bedford, Centre, Fulton, Indiana, Lycoming, Mercer, Snyder, Union, and Washington counties bring the total to 45.
